Data Notice

This notice provides specific information about how TriCore Partners processes personal data of candidates who register on our platform, upload CVs, and complete assessments. This notice supplements our Privacy Statement.

1. Data Controller

TriCore Partners, incorporated in Canada, is the data controller for candidate personal data collected through our platform.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Registration Data

Email address and password (password stored in encrypted/hashed form only).

2.2 Profile Data

Full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, phone number, address, professional summary, work experience, education, certifications, languages and proficiency, compensation expectations, and profile photograph.

2.3 CV Data

Uploaded CV documents (PDF, DOC, or DOCX format). DOC and DOCX files are automatically converted to PDF locally on our servers for partner review. Text content is extracted from the CV for use in generating professional bio documents when an engagement opportunity arises. Your CV is not shared with third-party AI services and is not used to train any machine learning models.

2.4 Assessment Data

Your responses to our work style assessment. Responses are used to generate aggregated scores across professional dimensions (e.g., work ethic, team orientation, resilience). These scores are derived algorithmically and are used as one input among several in our evaluation process. No automated decision is made solely on the basis of assessment scores.

2.5 Evaluation Data

Notes, scores, and recommendations created by TriCore Partners evaluators based on interviews and assessment review. This data is created by our team, not by you.

3. Why We Process Your Data

4. Who Has Access to Your Data

• TriCore Partners partners and evaluators: Authorized team members who review candidate profiles and assessments
• AI service provider (Anthropic): Used only when generating a professional bio document from your CV text, under a data processing agreement. Your data is not used for model training.
• Prospective clients: Professional bio documents only, shared in connection with specific engagement opportunities

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Active profiles: Retained for the duration of your account
• Inactive profiles: Deleted 2 years after last login
• Assessment data: Locked for 1 year after submission; may be released by a partner for re-submission
• CV files: Retained for the duration of your account
• Evaluation notes: Retained for 3 years

6. Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting info@tricorep.com:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification: Update or correct your profile data (also available through the Platform)
• Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (this may result in account closure)

7. Assessment Fairness

Our assessment process is designed to be fair, consistent, and non-discriminatory:

• All candidates complete the same assessment under the same conditions
• Assessment scores are one factor among several — they are not the sole basis for any decision
• All significant decisions are made by human evaluators, not automated systems
• The assessment does not collect or use data related to protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.)
• Candidates may contact us to request a review of their assessment process
